I've been wanting to write up a piece on HAARP, earthquakes and storms etc, with the UN reference banning
"weather modification" as a weapon of war. (Although it does not say for "peaceful" purposes).
At any rate, prior to the Chinese quake there was seen in the sky a type of Aurora Borealis (or airglow as some call it)
which appears in tests when HAARP is fired up. This is Tesla technology and he knew what the ability of this can do.

Nikola Tesla revealed that an earthquake which drew police and ambulances to the region of his laboratory at 48 E. Houston St., New York, in 1898, was the result of a little machine he was experimenting with at the time which "you could put in your overcoat pocket."
The bewildered newspapermen pounced upon this as at least one thing they could understand and "the father of modern electricity" told what had happened as follows:
"I was experimenting with vibrations. I had one of my machines going and I wanted to see if I could get it in tune with the vibration of the building. I put it up notch after notch. There was a peculiar cracking sound.

"The police and ambulances arrived. I told my assistants to say nothing. We told the police it must have been an earthquake. That's all they ever knew about it."
Some shrewd reporter asked Dr. Tesla at this point what he would need to destroy the Empire State Building and the doctor replied: "Vibration will do anything. It would only be necessary to step up the vibrations of the machine to fit the natural vibration of the building and the building would come crashing down. That's why soldiers break step crossing a bridge."

A pocket sized machine that brings buildings down. Especially steel framed ones. With a weird crackling sound. Note that many eyewitnesses reported a strange crackling sound before each building fell.
He put his little vibrator in his coat-pocket and went out to hunt a half-erected steel building. Down in the Wall Street district, he found one; ten stories of steel framework without a brick or a stone laid around it. He clamped the vibrator to one of the beams, and fussed with the adjustment until he got it.
Tesla said finally the structure began to creak and weave and the steel-workers came to the ground panic-stricken, believing that there had been an earthquake. Police were called out. Tesla put the vibrator in his pocket and went away. Ten minutes more and he could have laid the building in the street. And, with the same vibrator he could have dropped the Brooklyn Bridge into the East River in less than an hour.
Mythbusters got close to replicating this machine. Although they couldn't get it to produce an earthquake (which was the myth they were busting), they were able to oscillate a bridge.
The other day I was flipping through the channels (hate to admit it), but came across mention of my man, Nikola Tesla. Of course, I was intrigued. It was on Discovery Channel's program, "Mythbusters". In this episode they set out to build and test Tesla's patented and legendary "earthquake machine", which weighed only six pounds. Tesla claimed he built one and attached it to a steel beam in his large building. He then tuned the machine, searching for a frequency of oscillation that would resonate with the steel structure. After a while he found the right frequency and the entire building started to quake violently. He had to take a hammer to the machine to get it to stop. Residents of the building evacuated and the police and fire department reported to the scene. The hosts of the show, who set out each week to, more or less, scientifically disprove common "myths" and legends, didn't follow the patent exactly and made two machines that didn't work. Then another guy built it and they finally had something that was producing results. A six pound, hand-held machine that was causing a massive steel beam to oscillate violently. They found a large steel bridge to test it on (I'm not sure which bridge it was, but it was massive). After tuning the machine extensively, they finally found a frequency that resonated with the structure and everything on the bridge was vibrating. A six pound machine was producing a rhythmic vibration over a hundred feet from its location. They said it felt like a semi-truck was going by...constantly. Nevertheless, they "disproved the myth", because it didn't exactly cause an earthquake. Maybe not, but something else could.

I have been on this HAARP technology for the past 10 years and I need an investigator to expose this to the public and the government corruption that is going on here in San Diego and all a crossed America. And about the sex slave trade that is run by the police sheriff and fire Dept and military which I have proof of locations and incidence which are being covered up by the San Diego Police Dept and others. I have an extensive complaint I have sent to their offices and other and they have mysteriously vanished into thin air, not one of then have been investigated and the internal affairs dept has no record of them. And that mind control is being use on the American people and spying on them without them knowing they are being surveillanced. There is a phonomena going ion in San Diego of text messages and the cooperation of the public to procure me and other people for the sex slave trade that is going on.
I'm looking for an attorney that will take my case pro bono or not. I am discriminated against because of my religion and speech The Staff has told me not to speak and to go to my room and shut the door and don't talk to people from off the balcony as they pass by even in the lobby they say these things esp because I talk into my tape recorder. People go completely crazy when I talk because I bring conviction on them without trying and they have set up a way to get me kicked out of the build where I live by making up stuff about me. Like talking too loud when I not and even calling the police who were called just the other day because of this and this is the second time they have called the police on me in a month period.
There is whole lot of complexity to this because this discrimination has to do with a outside source of harassment that I have been enduring for some time now, about 4 month. It is mainly the Police Dept who have set up an alliance with the Apt Complex(where I live) staff esp the security guards here and they are an an illegal informant for the police and what is called casting lots that they use on me daily to determine if I am guilty of the accusation that a man named Steve Martinez has said about me in text messages that have reach just about every residence here in San Diego and County and has reached a crossed California and Oregon whether or not I am heinously ugly or not and Steve falsely accuses me of slandering him and that I'm slandering this city. He also says that he hates Christians and refers to them as "Jews" in a derogatory way and tells people to serve the devil
That's where the police come in, they come to the hotel and talk to the security guards here and set up a frame for me to fall into with something called casting lots trying to determine if I am ugly or not and other things this Steve Martinez says about me. Slanderous and evil lies and that I am having sex with him in a video, with him telling me in this 3 D video he has made of me and him not present that he hates my guts and that I a criminal, and stirs up the public with the things he says about me so that they get involved in this, in the community.
These text messages go out several times a day slandering me to the public with unbelievable things said about me and people are coming up to me calling me names and cursing me on the street with these accusation Steve makes up about me. Steve has close ties with law enforcement here by being a police officer himself (and they believe every lie he tells them), and he has set up an alliance with them that they are to set me up to be frame me, for the sex slave trade they are running here a and a crossed America and Police have stalked me in every town in every town I have been in every day for this, for the past 10 years.
Steve is trying to use Police and the public by telling lies about me, that I'm a criminal but doesn't have the proof so they use casting lots on me to determine this. But the real reason behind this is to invade my privacy and for personal hopes for gain and to humiliate me to the public (sexual harassment) and has convince police and others that I am nobody and that the stripes I have on my face are not real. (later on this obsession Steve, and Police and the public involved have on this).
This recent harassment started here in San Diego about 4 months ago when I reported to the San Diego Police Chief and Police Dept, and the Sheriff Dept, and The City Attorneys Office and many other offices, that the Police, Sheriff and Fire Dept were sex slavery trafficking stalking and harassing me and that the police namely Steve Martinez is using an illegal surveillance technology device on me and the public, that looks through your clothes and into your houses and can eaves drop in on everything that a person says and they were using this technology to illegally surveillance me it without a warrant without probable cause (other than one described), trying to obtain me for the sex slave trade organization ran by Police, Sheriff and Fireman and the Military. And that they were obtaining these individual through a pretense of arrest and then executing them!
Anyway's the Chief of Police has sent out among the public through the Fire Dept word of mouth and through fog horn that I am slandering this City and at the same time they were doing this, they are going to the Albertson's on 14th and Market and are slandering me there to the employee's and then from here this slander reaches from this point to the public on a mass scale. So now the staff at the Apt complex were told to fabricate something about me to get me kicked out of here ( the purpose is so that I will be more vulnerable to their attacks of framing which I endure daily) and the staff is in cahoots with Steve and police involved to become a society of gods. He also says that he hates Christians and refers to them as "Jews" in a derogatory way meaning me, and tells people to serve the devil, him!
Steve has convinced the public he is a god and they believe him because has an ability to tell the public through these text messages everything (supposedly) about me and he text messages these thing to them several times a day and when I go out and inside my building people are looking for these things he tells them about, like what colored clothing I will be wearing and what I am wearing under that and what color is my public hair and what I eat for lunch and I how I eat it, so that when I go out they see me doing these things he describes, and then they think he is a god and knows everything and there is a mass fanatical following of this guy among the public and law enforcement.
Then there's the casting lots that they set me up with several times a day and the public looks for them to frame me in the things Steve Martinez said about me in these text messages. An example of these casting lots is If I go to store before 8pm , I'm the criminal Steve calls me in these text messages and they believe him! Because many people will go to the store to witness this and or be driving by or the Police, Fire Dept or neighborhood will be watching and they in turn will text message everyone whether I showed up before or after or at all! (This sounds so narsistic, but believe me it is not.) Another example is they will set up at the Albertsons' on 14th St, that if I arrive before or after the time arranged then I am HEINOUSLY ugly or I'm guilty of being stupid, dirty, etc and they believe him and I am harassed because of this because the out come reaches the Masses.
And Police and Steve will use casting lots to TRY to control me so that I can't leave my house without all this harassment by the public and police who are all aware of the casted lots for the day, a form of sexual harassment by the public, which is really about power and control. But I don't always follow the lots and this makes the public believe I'm guilty of these lies that Steve Martinez has made up about me and now the police want to harm me because of them. I have not begun to start to tell you everything.
I have several complaint that I have written and sent to the Police and the Sheriff Dept and not one of them was investigated by their Internal Affairs Office and no complaint was found in their com plaint files of my reports about their corruptions, all of them have all mysteriously vanished into thin air! And not only there but in the City Attorneys Office and Barbara Boxers Office too!
So back to what I was saying, the staff are in cahoots to get me kicked out of this place and they are using the security guards to do it. Just yesterday a security guard named AJ wouldn't do anything about a complaint I had with a residents boyfriend that screamed in my face and threatening me on the balcony where I live, telling me not to talk into his girl friends room adjacent to the balcony just like mine and he threatened me that if I said another word he was going to do something to me and was in my face daring me to say another word. Well he is not even a resident of this Apt.complex and he was not even suppose to be in the building because the staff told him he couldn't be here on the premises because his girl and him violated the renters agreement that no one was to have guests in their rooms and he was here on the premises for several days undetected? by staff and security.
Well anyway I went down stairs to tell security about it and he acted totally crazy and he was screaming in my face and slamming his fist down on the counter in front of my face then slamming the pull down office metal gate that separates the office from the lobby on me then I would walk away and then he would open it again and I would try to get him to listen but he would do it again, screaming and acting completely crazy slamming the thing down on me again over and over again so I completely walked away. Nothing was done about the man up stairs. This incident had occurred because Steve was telling people (the public and others), in the text messages that they would become gods if they told me off and they totally believe this so they all act like fools. And this is just one of the examples I have experienced. (I have a taped recording of this verbal attack, I can expound on it further.)
This security guard had always harassed me in petty ways before this, he would tell me to get my mail when there was no mail for me when I was down in the lobby, even at 3 am in the morning when I went to get a soda from the vending machine, he would try to order me around and I told him to stop talking to me like that and I reported him to staff about it, but he kept on doing it, calling me telling me to get my mail which is behind the desk where security and staff are working behind in a small office in the lobby of the building.
Anyway later about an hour after this out burst, he is walking up to me, quietly standing in front of the TV in the lobby, and he starts screaming in my face very violently again telling me to go to my room, to my bed (it was 12pm in the after noon) and this comment was because the other day Steve had written in a text message that if I didn't open my window in my room, (Steve is very controlling and wants to boss me around all time, no matter what it is!) that he was going to tell everyone I was masturbating all day long in my room and this text was sent all over the county so that when I went to the store that night, Steve casted lots to make me looked like I did, to the public, (he knew I needed to get food because I ran out and going to the store is something I stubbornly wanted to do that day, even though I knew about what the casted lot pertained to (because I always do), and because I was tired of this fascist trying to telling me what to do all the time, I didn't care what people would say about me), to set me up and this went out all over the city and made it to the Apt's where I live and to the staff which had made several comments to me like this but I didn't know what it was pertaining to until I went outside, and people were coming up to me telling me to "go to my room and to my bed and F myself" then I remembered what Steve threatened me with earlier that week.
(Out of all the things I am telling you, this is going to sound even more freaky, but being Christians I hope you will understand. I don't ever usually tell anyone, I have abilities to hear from distances even on Pluto (maybe) and Steve and the others know about it and they who see and hear me with this technology on me, speak to me and we converse with one another. I can hear other people also and other things. I just thought I would clarify this so it won't be confusing when I said "Steve tells me" etc.)

Steve Martinez has an technology that sees into buildings and can eaves drop into every conversation, then he conveys this information supposedly reliably to the public through text messages, who are then waiting for me to do the things that Steve describes, like the color of clothing I'll be wearing and where I will be going and doing. Or like he'll telling them I will be going to Walmart that day to buy a new window fan because he sees that I have a broken one and I want to replace it, so when when the public sees me go to Walmart and purchase a window fan on that day and even time that he tells them, they believe he has a ability to know everything about me and he tells them this. Even if I change my plans he changes the lots so that he won't look like he doesn't know anything.
So when I go to the Store (and I know I shouldn't be going that day) I get set up to be looking guilty like, example, I have been doing what Steve told them because I didn't obey him and open my window like Steve told me too. Now what I didn't tell you is that I can hear Steve and other people etc and I can hear the lots and and other things but I don't care what people are calling me because I am dumb, then I wonder why I didn't obey the casted lots because people are misbehaving and going crazy after this! And that bothers and the behavior is very evil and BAD, they are told they can slander me harass me and they curse me while I am outside or inside in this case my house, so this is reason he is screaming and yelling in my face like this, because Steve Martinez tells these people they are better than me during these times and can do what ever they want because Police wont help me because Steve has convince the public and Police I am guilty of Slandering this city and the public was told I was going to destroy it. So they say the reason they do this is because they are trying to in a way to defend it, but I really know it has to do with greed and hopes for gain. And are trying to use this opportunity as an excuse to lord it over me because Steve Martinez told the public a couple of months ago that they can become a society of gods with him, if they slander and frame me to set me up to be framed by police so that they can procure me and steal the make up off my face. Because Steve tells them that if they are better looking than me without make up on than they are better looking than they think and have gotten in cahoots with Steve and the Police to frame me and steal the make up off my face in that they have given permission to the police to abduct me under a pretense of arrest for anything so that police and Steve they can steal the make up off my face and have Steve (excuse me), sodomize me, in a gesture of superiority over me, (from their point of view) in which he tells all the receivers he has the power to do this! This is a action that is done in the sex slave trade, and many people are allowed to do this act on me, in same way Steve does after they abduct me and sedate me under a pretense of arrest, they (the public) are invited to join in. It is a hate crime stirred up by Steve Martinez and the Police and Fire Dept because they said I slandered this city but I didn't, I reported their sex slave trade organizations and that tracking device that they are covering up which carries the death penalty for treason for using it on citizens. But mostly it is a hate crime against my Christian religion in which I devoutly serve and Steve tells the public that if your a Christian like me, your ugly, stupid and dirty etc. And he discourages people to not be one, and this bothers me. Not to mention this is sexual harassment because I do not have sex.
At first I didn't know the technology had mind control abilities but then it became apparent after a while to me when I saw how the entire City of San Diego was being effected by it and being manipulated by Steve and police with it. Steve and police are brain washing the public using police psychology also on them and bring them further under more of their control (this is really taking place!) and through the use of casting of lots, which are interfered with and control by them.

This tracking device that Steve uses can be found in his possession because he has it in his possession at all times and the Chief of police has allow him to use in on me and the public without a warrant which is Unconstitutional to use. Steve is protected by police because he is the only one that know How to use it, it is highly classified, not even Secret Service knows about this technology or their not talking because I called them, but there are just a selected number of people who have exposed this technology on the Internet that I have just recently come a crossed that explains how secrete (and dangerous) this technology really is and it is being used on the public undetected. Police don't think they should be held accountable for their crimes or corruptions, and are trying to show me a few things by saying this is what happens to people who report corruption in this town town, that they think they are entitled to commit whenever they want! The outrageous slander about me is all over the Country almost, the public is blindly patriotic to them and believing in the casting of lots that they use on me everyday, I cant convince them likewise! The police have resorted to getting the public involved in this conspiracy and to cover it up!
The security guard AJ was instructed by police that day, who called or came in person, which usually how they do it, and told this security guard to frame me so that I would get kicked out of the building because I was turning them in, and so that police and Steve could tell the public that this guy lorded it over me so that now the public is encouraged to do the same when they see me go out into the public. I have tape recorded this verbal out bursts and others like it. So anyway this guy calls the police on me when he was being very loud (which he was accusing me of earlier on the balcony) and violent and not doing his job by letting that guy cuss in my face and threaten Me to be quiet or else he would hurt me. I didn't do what he wanted me to do and told him he did have the right to say that to me and went and told this security guard who got in my face. And instead of calling the police on this trespasser he cursed in my face and slammed the door down in my face and told me to go to my room and go to bed (in the middle of the afternoon so they can say I was doing something in my room when I went there, to try to humiliate me further. (This is a vulgar attempt to bring me down to their level ).
I forgot to say that the video in the text message is not of me masturbating but someone that cant be seen from the neck up. Steve had casted lots on me that night (that's who always casts the lots), to the public that I was the one in the video, Steve tried to set me up when I went to the store that night, which meant I was guilty so now I'm doing things to myself in my room according to them. When I went to the store I didn't care what they said about me, and they were trying to prove the video is of me ( which it is not) through casting lots that they set up for me to be doing to make it seem like the things that Steve Martinez says about me are real or true, which goes back to I'm heinously ugly. (I'm sorry this is so long.)
After the security guard cursed me out violently and told me to go to my room, but would budge but was trying to get away from him because he was spitting all over me when he was doing this, he called the police on me to try to set me up thinking he was going to do me some harm, because I had told the security guards there that police were sex slavery trafficking and I had been a target of the sexual harassment by them to procure me for the sex slave trade organization they are running here and a crossed America. I have recorded of his cursing me on tape. During casting lots people are told by police they can do anything to me during these selected hours. They are not going to protect me. He even said several times to me during his verbal assault to call the police, but that only meant from his point of view the inevitable, which is what he wanted to carry out in the first place, because police and he knows what they are going to me! Horrible crimes are being committed by this city, police, firemen, and community! All this hatred built up towards me is pretains to the fact that I am not being defiled by the world and living a holy life which obviousely disturbs these people and because I wear a scarf on my head.
The whole time after wards he was saying he was going to get me kicked out of the building where I live and was also pretending to call the FBI on his phone. Trying to harass me. After all the yelling by Him he called the police and told me to stay right there, because the police were coming to get me!
He had done this before several weeks before this calling the police on his phone pretending. I have a taped recording of that too months before this happened.
I am a devote Christian and I believe these text messages are to undermined my Christian faith to the public to discourage them from coming to Christ, and to assassinate me! Because in the text messages Steve tells the receivers, that good people are ugly and gives an example of this through a photograph he claims he took of me without make up on and that I'm heinously ugly without it and he puts together a story to go with that and tells the receivers he took the photograph of me but he didn't. Steve Martinez doesn't even know me or have I ever had any kind of relationship with him but he tells the receivers and the police we had sex. Steve is an ex police officer from the Fairfield police Dept who has followed and staked me down here and in every city and town I have been in for the past 10 years and 6 before this but I didn't know it or him until I saw him in the back seat of a Oceanside Police car stalking me and a friend in Oceanside in a rural area on an early Sunday morning in Oct of 1999, while walking to a friends gathering for Church. He was leaning over the front seat talking to the driver as they slowly drove passed us and then I have seen him in several other police cars in the back seat in Escondido and San Diego. Steve and a seven man team have had me on surveillance for 10 years on a 24 hour bases with this technology and lying to the public and police about me! To get them to cooperate with him and feel empathy towards HIM because he has this story he made up that I have mislead him and wants justice for me misleading him because of the photograph he circulates about me.
An investigation into the Albertson's on 14th St and Market (644 14th St. San Diego Ca,) and the 7-11 Store down the street where I live (1244 Market St) where I live may expose the outrageous harassment and slander I have endured for several months in San Diego. I also have a phone number to contact pretaining to the text messages.
Steve has giving my secret pass word away to the text messagers on a mass scale to my email account and other things.
This man has a fatal attraction toward me and so does the Police and Fire Dept.
The Fire Dept in San Diego has slandered me though out this county and State has been getting "their" information from Steve Martinez the liar.
Who is the one who is also casting these lots.
